AFTER-2 Health Professional Training

Welcome to the AFTER-2 training module to support health professionals to use the AFTER workbook in their fracture clinics and bring benefits to patients. 

Your department is taking part in AFTER-2. This is a quality improvement project to help health professionals to use the AFTER workbook in their usual clinical practice. Each department will have an AFTER implementation lead who will be facilitating the project. This will include localising AFTER materials for your Trust and setting up systems to make it easy to use the workbook with your patients. 

We will be asking you to complete a short survey each month during the project. You should have received the 1st survey prior to accessing this training. Please contact the AFTER team if you have not completed the survey. 

You will be asked to repeat this survey for the next 6 months so we can see if your practice changes over time.
