Welcome to the AFTER-2 training module for AFTER implementation leads. We are delighted to have this opportunity to support health professionals to use the AFTER workbook in their fracture clinics and bring benefits to patients. 

Any health professional can be the AFTER implementation lead. Your role will be to work out the best way to put the workbook into practice in your department. We will provide you with the information and materials to do this. 

We will start with an introduction to the AFTER Trial and what we found.
